Description

XIIW’s ultimate 11-piece diamond tool set – maximum precision for the toughest materials.

This professional set was specially developed for tilers who make no compromises when it comes to cutting quality and drilling speed. Whether extremely hard porcelain stoneware, granite, or marble – with XIIW you achieve clean, glaze-friendly results without a water supply.

Your advantages at a glance:

  • 2x ultra-thin cutting discs (125mm): Only 1.4 mm kerf width for low-dust, fine, and chip-free cuts. Reinforced flange for high stability.
  • 9x premium core drill bits (6-68mm): Vacuum brazing process ensures a service life 5x longer than standard drill bits.
  • Extremely fast: Drills 1 cm of porcelain stoneware in approx. 10-15 seconds at the recommended 11,000 rpm.
  • M14 universal connection: Suitable for all standard angle grinders – ideal for dry drilling.
  • Standard-tested: Manufactured in accordance with safety standard EN13236 for professional use.

Technical specifications:

Core drill bit sizes 6, 8, 10, 12, 20, 35, 45, 50, 68 mm
Cutting discs Ø 125 mm / 22,23 mm bore / 1,4 mm thickness
Connection / thread M14 (for angle grinders)
Application Porcelain stoneware, tiles, granite, marble, glaze

Pro tips for maximum service life:

1. Observe the speed: Work optimally at approx. 11,000 rpm. Speeds that are too low can shorten service life.

2. Drilling technique: Start the core drill bit at a slight angle and use a gentle wobbling motion while drilling. This improves material removal.

3. Cooling: Briefly dipping the tool in water after drilling further increases durability.
