Terms of service

Applicable Law. All claims and legal disputes related to this agreement, a product, the XIIW software, or the XIIW services are subject to Luxembourg law, excluding the UN Sales Convention (CISG) and conflict of law rules. The non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the District of Luxembourg City is agreed upon. If you are a consumer with habitual residence in the EU, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. You may assert claims related to these terms and conditions arising from consumer protection regulations either in Luxembourg or in the EU member state where you live.
