1. Why does cooling take longer at high room temperatures?
The highly efficient thermoelectric cooling works depending on the ambient temperature. For a lightning-fast result, we recommend using bottles that are already slightly pre-chilled.
2. Water droplets form in the cooling chamber – is that normal?
Yes, that is just physics. The temperature difference between the icy interior and the warm room air creates harmless condensation. After use, simply wipe out the cooler briefly with a dry cloth.
3. Does a thick champagne bottle fit in the unit?
The inner diameter is 92 mm. Measure your bottle in advance – almost all standard champagne and Burgundy bottles fit perfectly.
