Our 7" Seam Setter is designed to help you install countertops. It delivers excellent performance with two vacuum suction cups and finely tuned adjustable knobs. This seamer can meet the needs of precisely joining and leveling various countertops.

We have improved the diameter and thickness of the suction cup, the diameter of 180mm and the thickness of 10mm increase the maximum vertical suction force of the suction cup to 180kg.

Easy to use.

It keeps edges clean, chip-free, and straight. One adjustable node is used for joining or opening, and two adjustable nodes for precise leveling. The maximum height of the adjustable rod is 20 mm, and the adjustable clearance range is 0-50 mm.

These seam setters work on many kinds of materials as long as they have a smooth and non-porous surface, such as laminated countertop, quartzite countertop and solid Corian countertop etc. A professional tool for stonemasons and granite workers.

Application:
Place the fixed (left) suction cup on the left panel. Place the movable (right) suction cup on the right panel. Pump the plunger until the suction cup is fully attached. If the red line is hidden, the vacuum is sufficient to lift it. To join the seam, turn the side knob counterclockwise until you are satisfied with a seamless appearance. To level the panels, ensure one of the blue heads under the top knob is on the higher side of the seam and turn the top knob clockwise until the panels are level. Typically, you only need one top knob for leveling. Use two if there is any extension need. Lift the rubber tab on the edge of the suction cup to release the suction cup after completing the seam.
